We brought Claire McIntosh on board as an independent consultant to support us with completing the implementation phase for our new HR System. Claire was recommended to us by the software provider as she had worked with them previously for another client. Claire’s knowledge of the system was at the level of ‘expert’ and she was able to competently develop the modules we needed, discussing the brief with us and then taking our requirements away and applying them to the system. She supported us with the talent management, case management, onboarding and notifications modules. Claire confidently undertook the development work, adding value by advising us on best use of the system and then also testing the modules to ensure they worked as we expected and were fit for purpose. With Claire’s support we were able to meet our project completion deadline, amend our approach to ensure best use and alleviate some of the pressure on our HR team who were managing the project implementation alongside their busy HR roles.
