DISC is an assessment that measures behaviours based on four unique factors: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance. The combination of these four factors create a unique DISC profile for each individual.
A person takes a TTI Success Insights assessment by answering a series of questions online, then a report is generated uncovering unique insights about that individual. DISC uncovers valuable insights for individuals, teams and hiring managers alike due to its ability to measure how a person will typically react in certain situations.
